She is incredibly warm and knows exactly how to engage with children in the right way — something that sounds simple but is actually very rare. What I appreciate most is that she always follows my instructions and never oversteps. If she has a different idea, she asks first. That kind of respect for how you want things done as a parent means everything. She is also so much fun — my two girls absolutely love her, which really says it all. And on top of everything, she is a very skilled English teacher. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
