I am delighted to recommend Soledad as a babysitter. She was truly wonderful with our 5-year-old twins! Soledad looked after them on two consecutive evenings, and we could only spend 30 minutes with her before we had to leave. In that short time, she quickly built a playful bond with the twins. Despite their tendency to be anxious around new caregivers, they were completely at ease and barely noticed when we left the house. Soledad regularly updated us on how the twins were doing, even during the early morning hours when we were out much later than anticipated. Her relaxed and easy-going demeanor was evident at all times. After two late afternoons and evenings, our twins were genuinely disappointed to learn that Soledad would not be coming back the next day. She is a fantastic babysitter, and I highly recommend her.

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
