Conocí a Rocio por recomendación de una amiga. Rocio acompañó a mi hijo Salvador durante todas las tardes desde que tenia 2 meses hasta su primer año. Rocio es muy dulce, creativa, siempre jugaba con el de manera segura, es muy atenta. Gracias a su profesión (ella es maestra de nivel inicial y además estudiante de psicologia) no solamente lo cuido, sino que le enseño muchas cosas, Cantaban, bailaban, le enseñaba a compartir. Todas las actividades eran enriquecedoras desde el aprendizaje. Lo que es salvi hoy en día es mucho gracias a ella. No solo era cuidarlo, fue un camino lleno de aprendizajes. Compartieron mucho tiempo juntos. Se llevaban muy bien, generaron un vínculo hermoso.. Siempre que ella llegaba a mi casa salvi la recibía con una sonrisa gigante.

Rocío fue una excelente niñera. El tiempo que cuidó a mi hija Olivia, la acompaño en su día a día. Le enseñó muchas cosas de la vida diaria, le dió contención y amor. Le enseñó con el ejemplo. Tanto, que mi hija la extraña y la adora. Recomiendo a Rocío para cuidar a sus hijos, no se arrepentirán!

First things first – message the prospective babysitter or nanny about any past childcare experience they may have, and ask about references from prior families. Then you can check in with the other parents to see what their impression was of the sitter.

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
