We were lucky to have Olga look after our 3-year-old, during our time in Barcelona (1 week). From the start, it was clear she came prepared — she brought books along and drew on her own experience as a loving mother, which showed in how naturally she connected with him. Cali warmed to her quickly and the two of them had a wonderful time together. Olga also handled all the evening duties with care, managing bath time and the full bedtime routine without any trouble. I'd happily recommend Olga to any family looking for a warm, capable, and well-prepared nanny.

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
